Second round of applications for a place in a University of Warsaw dormitory – information session

Just as in previous years, we are organising online information sessions for people beginning their studies or doctoral education at the University of Warsaw. During these meetings, we will present the most important information regarding the process of applying for a place in a university dormitory, the required documents, important deadlines and the most common mistakes made by applicants.
We would also like to remind you that the second round of applications for a place in a university dormitory will begin on 3 August 2026. This round is intended for people admitted to degree programmes and doctoral schools for the 2026/2027 academic year. Applications may be submitted between 3 and 19 August 2026.
Meeting dates
- Polish-language session: 7 August 2026, 11:00 a.m. (11:00).
- English-language session: 7 August 2026, 1:00 p.m. (13:00).
To participate in the meeting, registration is required:
- registration form for the Polish-language session;
- registration form for the English-language session.
The meeting link will be sent after registration. The number of places is limited. To allow us to prepare the meetings properly, registration will be available only until 9:00 a.m. on 7 August. After that time, the registration forms will be disabled and participation in the meetings will no longer be possible.
