Dormitory No. 2 “Żwirek”

Prices for student rooms (per month):

• 1-person – 604 PLN/person
• 2-persons – 529 PLN/person

Price for a place for students of other universities: base price + 150,00 PLN + VAT

Deposit:

• deposit in the amount of one month’s dormitory fee for students of the University of Warsaw, Erasmus and MOST programs
• deposit in the amount of two-month dormitory fees for students of other universities

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• by the 20th of each month – payment by bank transfer; deposit payable in cash

Prices of guest rooms:

• 1-person – 80 zł/day
• 2-persons – 100 PLN/day
• 3-persons – 120 PLN/day
• Groups of over 50 people (price per person) – 50 zł/day

A discount of 10% will be charged for hotel guests for accommodation over 14 days, and 30% over 30 days.

• Rooms without bathrooms (bathroom is in the corridor)
• The facility also has a conference room for 26 people. The price of renting a conference room – PLN 190 net/day.

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• payment on the spot by cash/payment card

Parking (for guest room users):

• car – 10 PLN/day
• minibus – 15 PLN/day
• bus – 30 PLN/day

Dormitory equipment:

• TV room
• three quiet study rooms
• table football, billiards and coin football
• 3 laundry rooms on the 2nd, 5th and 8th floor (6 washers and 3 dryers)

On every floor:

• 1 bathroom (5 shower cabins and 5 toilet cabins),
• 1 kitchen

Room equipment:

• beds with mattress
• bedding
• desks
• chairs
• refrigerator
• closets
• curtains

Additional costs for the student:

• laundry token (including powder and washing liquid) – 15 PLN 

Check-in days and hours:

• from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Required for accommodation:

• student card
• identity card or passport
• two photos
• deposit (payable in cash)
