Prices for student rooms (per month):

• 1-person – 713 PLN/person
• 2-persons – 552 PLN/person
• 2-persons for one person (in case of free places) 891,30 PLN/person
• 1-person (in the segment) – 950 PLN/person
• 2-persons (in the segment) – 800 PLN/person
• 2-person (in a 1-bedroom segment) – 850 PLN/person

Price for a place for students of other universities: base price + 150,00 PLN + VAT

Deposit:

• deposit in the amount of one month’s dormitory fee for students of the University of Warsaw, Erasmus and MOST programs
• deposit in the amount of two-month dormitory fees for students of other universities

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• by the 20th of each month – payment by bank transfer; deposit payable in cash

Prices of guest rooms:

• 1-person – 100 PLN/day
• 2-persons – 70 PLN/day
• 2-persons (in a segment) – 90 PLN/day
• 1-person (segment) – 130 PLN/day
• 2-persons (segment of 1 room) – 110 PLN/day

A discount of 10% will be charged for hotel guests for accommodation over 14 days, and 30% over 30 days.

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• payment on the spot by cash/payment card

Dormitory equipment:

• TV room
• laundry + drying room
• 4 quiet study rooms
• bike room

On every floor:

• 2 bathrooms each on the ground, first, second and third floors, 1 bathroom for people with disabilities on the first floor, 1 bathroom in the basement
• 2-burner electric stoves
• 2 electric ovens (first floor and 2nd floor)
• 2 microwave ovens (1st and 3rd floors)

Room equipment:

• beds with mattress
• bedding
• 1-person couches with mattress
• closet
• refrigerator
• pillar cabinets
• table/desk
• sink
• kitchen cabinets

Additional costs for the student:

• token for washing machine with detergents – 15 PLN
• token for washing machine without detergents – 10 PLN

Check-in days and hours:

• from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (September-October by 3 pm)

• identity card or passport
• two photos
• deposit (payable in cash)
