ul. Kickiego 12:

• 2-persons (2 room segment) – 529 PLN/person
• 1-person (2 room segment) – 736 PLN*/person
• 2-persons (segment 2 room) with kitchen – 546 PLN/person
• 1-person (segment 2 room) with kitchen – 759 PLN*/person
• 2-persons (segment 1 room) – 575 PLN/person

Price for a place for students of other universities: base price + 150,00 PLN + VAT

* residence of one person in a multi-bedroom in case of vacancies.

Deposit:

• deposit in the amount of one month’s dormitory fee for students of the University of Warsaw, Erasmus and MOST programs
• deposit in the amount of two-month dormitory fees for students of other universities

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• by the 20th of each month – payment by bank transfer; deposit payable in cash

Prices of guest rooms:

Kickiego 9:

• 1-person – 110 PLN/day
• 2-persons – 60 PLN/day
• 3-persons (for groups only) – 50 PLN/day

Kickiego 12:

• 1-bedroom apartment – 200 PLN/day
• 2-persons (2-bedroom segment) – 80 PLN/day
• 1-person (2 room segment) – 140 PLN/day
• 2-persons (segment of 2 rooms with kitchen) – 85 PLN/day
• 1-person (segment of 2 rooms with kitchen) – 145 PLN/day
• 2-persons (segment of 1 room) – 90 PLN/day
• 1-person (segment of 1 room) – 150 PLN/day
• 2-persons (segment of 1 room with kitchen) – 95 PLN/day
• 1-person (segment of 1 room with kitchen) – 155 PLN/day

A discount of 10% will be charged for hotel guests for accommodation over 14 days, and 30% over 30 days.

• Kickiego 12 – two-room and one-room segments with separate sanitary facilities and kitchenette, communal kitchen (3 gas cookers, 2 bakers)

Additional costs for the student:

• from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
