Prices for student rooms (per month):

• 1-person – 713 PLN/person
• 2-persons – 586 PLN/person

Price for a place for students of other universities: base price + 150,00 PLN + VAT

Deposit:

• deposit in the amount of one month’s dormitory fee for students of the University of Warsaw, Erasmus and MOST programs
• deposit in the amount of two-month dormitory fees for students of other universities

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• by the 20th of each month – payment by bank transfer; deposit payable in cash

Prices of guest rooms:

• 1-person (without shower) – 90 PLN/day/person
• 1-person (guest) – 120 PLN/day/person
• 1-person (studio) – 100 PLN/day/person
• 2-persons (studio) – 90 PLN/day/person

A discount of 10% will be charged for hotel guests for accommodation over 14 days, and 30% over 30 days.

What is the deadline and form of payment for living?

• payment on the spot by cash/payment card

Dormitory equipment:

• TV room
• laundry room
• quiet study rooms on each floor
• club room
• conference room,

• fitness room
• bicycle room
• storage room

On every floor:

• 2 rooms in the segment: a single room shares a kitchen and bathroom with a double room
• bathroom and kitchen in each segment and in rooms for disabled people
• kitchen equipment: countertop, cabinets, table, stools, sink, dish dryer, microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle

Room equipment:

• beds with mattress
• bedding
• closet
• desk
• chair
• lamp

Additional costs for the student:

• laundry token – 10 PLN

Check-in days and hours:

• from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Required for accommodation:

• student card
• identity card or passport
• two photos
• deposit (payable in cash)
