Waiting list for allocation of UW dormitory place (academic year 2024/2025)

If you did not receive a place in the dormitory or did not apply, you can join the waiting list.
Registration opens on September 16 at 12:00 PM.
The waiting list is not intended for exchanging places between dormitories.
Note! The form must be completed from your student account (e.g. @student.uw.edu.pl)!
Dormitory Waiting List – Rules
To sign up, fill out the form where you will provide:
- Full name,
- Student ID number (NOT the IRK number),
- Faculty (if you study at multiple faculties, choose one),
- Contact information.
How does the waiting list work?
- Priority is given to students with a social scholarship.
- Then, students livingg farthest from the University of Warsaw.
- Each day of registration is considered separately, so it’s worth signing up as soon as possible.
- There is no need to sign up multiple times.
Results and contact
We will not publish results on the website. We will contact those who can be offered a spot directly. If you do not receive any feedback, it means we are unable to offer you a place at that moment.
Accommodation and payments
If you are offered a spot, you have 7 days to move in. Before that, you must pay a reservation fee. Failure to move in or pay the fee will result in losing the spot. To receive a new one, you will need to sign up for the waiting list again.
There is no option to choose a dormitory – our priority is to allocate available spots quickly.
