We are launching a reserve list – for all UW students/doctoral students/interns who have not yet received a place in the UW Dormitories for the academic year 2023/24.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. The form is for UW students/doctoral students/interns ONLY. We are not able to allocate places to people who are not affiliated with the University of Warsaw. 
2. Places will be allocated, according to the order of application – as soon as possible. We will confirm the allocation of a place by email. No feedback means that there is no place we can allocate.
3. It is not possible to choose a dormitory from the reserve list – we allocate the first available place.
4. The form is not for the exchange of places – no applications will be accepted from people who have already been allocated a place in UW Dorms for 2023/24.
